About Om Unlimited and Danielle
Danielle began practicing yoga in 2000 to relieve stress due to a busy work and school schedule. In 2004 she began to teach in order to share the many benefits of yoga with others. Danielle is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance, and has attended over 200 hours of teacher training in yoga philosophy, movement, and mind/body wellness. Danielle welcomes both those new to yoga, as well as those looking to expand or refine their existing practice.

A little about Danielle’s approach to yoga in her own words…

Yoga is not only an excellent form of exercise, but also an effective technique for relaxation. With yoga, the longer you practice the better life gets. Yoga can help all of us to be in a continuous state of growth and renewal. By practicing yoga we unite the body and the mind, which helps us to live life in the moment and to it’s fullest.

When we practice together, I will do my best to assist you in looking after your body and mind with care and respect. I will strive to help you live your best life by listening to your needs and helping you to feel your way through your practice during each and every session we have together. I am dedicated to working hard to add value to your practice by growing as a teacher and keeping current on the latest developments in yoga safety, philosophy, and technique. I sincerely believe you will find great value in the time we spend practicing yoga together, and that you will rapidly begin to experience the myriad of benefits of your yoga practice in all aspects of your life.
