Danielle offers customized recorded guided meditations to help you relax, release tension, relieve anxiety, promote restful sleep, enhance communication, lose weight, have more energy, improve relationships, and more. Each custom meditation will be a unique recording made specifically for you to help you further your personal goals. You will receive a complimentary phone consultation or email communication to assess what you wish to have included in your meditation and how long you would like it to be. Danielle will then record the meditation using a high quality professional microphone and deliver it to you in mp3 format, either electronically (free) or on CD (shipping charges apply). These recordings are voice only and intentionally music-free to allow you to hear the sound of your own breath while using them. You can have your own convenient five-minute personalized guided meditation for just $25.00! Listen as often as you want from home, at the office, on CD, on your iPod, or from your computer. Turnaround time is up to one week to ensure the best quality of your recording. Due to scheduled travel, I will be unable to record February 23-March 4.
